These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and de33 ("de33", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://de33.io ("Platform").

By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

To register and maintain an Account on de33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are not acting on behalf of any other person or entity when registering the Account.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by de33 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of de33.
• You are of sound mind and acting of your own free will.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number. de33 reserves the right to verify this information at any time and to suspend access pending verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. de33 will never request your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone.

You must notify de33 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. de33 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security practices or where you have voluntarily shared your credentials with a third party.

de33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider.
• Voluntary closure requested by the Account holder.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal requirement.

Upon permanent Account closure, any real-money balance remaining after the settlement of outstanding wagers and deduction of any applicable bonus adjustments will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.

de33 accepts deposits denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. de33 does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit for most payment methods; however, transaction limits set by the payment provider itself (for example, bKash daily transaction caps) will apply. Players should consult their mobile financial service provider for applicable limits.

• Deposits are credited to the Account Balance in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) with no currency conversion.
• de33 does not charge a fee on standard deposits; third-party processing fees charged by the payment provider are the Player's responsibility.
• Deposits from third-party accounts — that is, payment accounts not registered in the Player's own name — are strictly prohibited and will be reversed if detected.
• de33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming that a payment method belongs to the registered Account holder before processing a withdrawal.

All funds deposited at de33 are held for gaming purposes only. de33 accounts are not interest-bearing and do not constitute a banking or savings product of any kind.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once a Player has completed the de33 KYC verification process. KYC requires submission of at least one government-issued photo identification document (national ID card, passport, or driving licence) and, where requested, proof of residential address and proof of payment method ownership.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method and account from which the corresponding deposit was made. de33 does not support withdrawals to third-party accounts, new payment methods not previously used for deposit, or methods that differ from the deposit source.

• bKash and Nagad withdrawals: typically processed within 1–3 hours of approval.
• Rocket and Upay withdrawals: typically processed within 3–6 hours of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals: typically processed within 24–72 hours of approval.
• Visa and Mastercard withdrawals: typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Processing times stated above are estimates and begin from the point at which de33 approves the request, not from the point of submission. de33 is not responsible for delays caused by payment provider processing times, public holidays, or technical outages outside de33's control.

de33 offers various promotional incentives from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by specific terms communicated at the point of the offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

General bonus rules applicable to all de33 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the specific offer terms. Bonus Funds that expire before wagering is completed will be removed from the Account without compensation.
• Certain game types — including live dealer games, certain table games, and sports bets — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward bonus wagering requirements. Contribution rates will be stated in the specific offer terms.
• de33 reserves the right to reclaim Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them if it determines that a Player has exploited a bonus offer in bad faith, used more than one Account to claim the same offer, or otherwise circumvented the intent of the promotion.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

• Obvious pricing errors ("palpable errors") on sports odds will not be honoured. de33 reserves the right to void bets placed at materially incorrect odds and to return the staked amount to the Player's Balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the de33 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Opening more than one Account, whether under the same or a different name or identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's games or payment systems.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or with game operators to gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using de33 for money laundering or terrorism financing purposes.
• Conducting arbitrage or matched-betting strategies using de33 promotional offers in a manner that systematically extracts value without genuine recreational play intent.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes through a financial institution without first exhausting the de33 dispute resolution process.
• Providing false, misleading, or stolen identity information during registration or KYC.

de33 employs risk management systems that monitor for unusual account behaviour. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, de33 reserves the right to suspend the Account, withhold the Balance pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

de33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. Every Account has access to the following self-service responsible gaming tools, which can be activated at any time through the Account settings panel or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount that may be deposited.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without de33's prior written consent.

de33 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have not exercised reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

Where de33's liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, de33's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

de33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, de33 will notify registered Players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally applicable principles of law. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the de33 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through de33's internal dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through de33's internal process, both parties agree to submit to non-binding mediation before pursuing any other formal legal remedy.
